Summary:
We are seeking highly experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition department. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent.
Location: Hyderabad
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
• Represent the company's culture, mission, and values in the talent market
• Continuously refine recruitment processes to support rapid team scaling

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
• 4-6 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends
• Proven success hiring for startups or SaaS-based companies
• Excellent sourcing skills across LinkedIn, communities, events, and other channels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
