Join Us as a Learning & Development Intern at MyOperator!

Are you passionate about helping people grow and learn? MyOperator, a leader in the Cloud Telephony space, is looking for a dynamic L&D Intern to join our team in Noida!

This isn't just a coffee-fetching internship. You'll get real, hands-on experience and play a key role in designing and delivering training programs that shape our company's future. Plus, if you shine, there's a Pre-Placement Offer waiting for you at the end!

What You'll Do:

Get hands-on with designing awesome training workshops. Be the go-to person for coordinating training logistics and scheduling. Dive into the world of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and help us keep things running smoothly. Become a research whiz, finding the latest and greatest learning tech. Work side-by-side with our L&D team, providing support and learning from the best.

What We're Looking For:

A student or recent grad with a background in HR, Business, or Education. A great communicator, both in person and in writing. A pro at staying organized and paying attention to every detail. A true team player who loves to collaborate. Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).

Work from our awesome office in Noida Sector 2. A direct path to a full-time role with a PPO.
