Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Candidates with End to End Recruitment experience - Domestic/International Market Administer onboarding of new employees including all onboarding activities like orientation registration, completion of background check, creation of SAP record, etc.

US/Canada recruitment Experience is a Must have ATS/ Job boards/ HCM " Excellent communication skills, Uses professional, error-free grammar and formatting in emails o Speaks with clarity, warmth, and confidence during virtual interactions."


Roles and Responsibilities:

oIn this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems o May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures o The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals o Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor o May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture o Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments o Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside o Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Should have hands on experience in US boarding and aware of the legalities regarding onboarding of the candidates. Recruitment Onboarding will be responsible for performing day to day task as per the recruitment process guidelines: 1. Should be managing a team of onboarders 2. Interact with client onboaridng stake holders for any issue resolution 3. Priotisation of the work for the team & resolving any onboarding issues 4. Ensuring the team is following the SOP while completing the onboarding process 5. Managing the quality of delivery is as per client expectaionss 6. Leading process improvement intiatives 7. Ensuring all the recruiters and hiring managers are update to their respective candidates 8. Managing team issues and attrition
