Key Requirements

Proven track record as a

senior recruitment professional

with exposure across levels and industries. Strong expertise in

recruitment strategy, talent mapping, and competitor analysis

. Excellent networking skills with

colleges/universities for campus hiring

. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in

branding, talent marketing, and recruitment analytics

. High energy, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile to meet hiring goals. Prior exposure to the

broking/financial services industry

preferred. Based in Kolkata or willing to relocate.
