Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnerships
Identify, develop, and manage
B2B partnerships
with corporates, institutions, and industry bodies.
Create and execute partnership strategies to drive business expansion, revenue growth, and brand visibility.
Build long-term alliances with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients and partners.
Maintain strong, trust-driven relationships through proactive communication, timely support, and strategic insights.
Understand client needs and align them with business offerings effectively.
Talent & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with internal HR, Talent Acquisition, and Business Development teams to support partnership goals.
Mentor and lead junior team members in relationship-building and communication excellence.
Represent the organization at events, webinars, and partnership meetings.
Lead Generation & Business Growth
Develop and implement lead generation strategies for onboarding new partners and clients.
Research and identify new business opportunities across relevant industries.
Prepare proposals, partnership decks, and pitch presentations.
Communication & Coordination
Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and external partners.
Draft professional emails, proposals, MoUs, and strategic reports.
Maintain updated records of partnerships, leads, and client interactions using CRM tools.
