Candidate Development & Nurturing:
Organize induction, onboarding programs, and engagement sessions for new joinees.
Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with campus hires to address challenges.
Employee Happiness & Wellbeing:
Act as a bridge between the company and employees -- helping in smooth communication and understanding concerns early.
Conduct "Voice of Employee" discussions and help in creating a positive, motivating environment.
Psychology-Driven Approach:
Understand human behavior, motivation, and psychology to nurture better work relationships.
Identify early warning signs of disengagement and recommend proactive measures.
Who We're Looking For:
Graduate/Postgraduate (Preferred backgrounds: Psychology / HR / Organizational Development / Business Management)
0-1 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Engagement roles
Strong communication, listening, and people skills
A passion for building careers and supporting employee well-being
Ability to organize creative engagement activities
Proactive, empathetic, and approachable personality
