• HR Project Management experience with experience in scoping, leading and delivering complex projects. The right candidate will have a track record of project management from conception and design through implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in external research, best practices, and survey benchmarks to gain insights into improvement opportunities.
• Experience on working closely with stakeholders on key strategic priorities, partnering with the business, vendors, and HR teams.
• Ability to think about client needs strategically and able to translate the needs into concepts and develop and execute the solution
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in time sensitive matters and organized to manage and track multiple priorities simultaneously – and the ability to switch gears at a moment’s. notice meet exceed clients’ expectations.
• Knowledge of core Talent Management programs/processes, including performance management,
• Collaborate with the Talent lead and Business Partners on the development and overall implementation of the Talent strategy solutions, in line with the business/people strategy.
• Understanding and experience of working in a complex matrix organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to use data, metrics and evidence to inform and drive solutions.
• Have a bent of mind for superior employee experience and proactively take up initiatives that enable a positive experience, self-motivated, flexible and able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with the demonstrated ability to communicate with different stakeholders.
