Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end hiring for client accounts with a focus on C2C placements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as the single point of contact.
Understand business needs, set hiring priorities, and ensure timely closures.
Collaborate with internal sourcing teams to align talent pipelines with client demand.
Negotiate rates and contracts with vendors and partners.
Drive account growth through consistent performance and client satisfaction.
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in
Talent Acquisition / Account Management
within staffing firms.
Individually manage recruitment
: sourcing, screening, negotiating, and closing candidates.
Proven success in
C2C hiring
and vendor coordination.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Excellent understanding of
IT
hiring landscapes.
Results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
