We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. You will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships, coordinating with hiring managers, sourcing potential candidates, and leading employer branding initiatives to create a smooth and engaging experience.
Responsibilities :
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Determine selection criteria and assess candidate information
Source potential candidates through online channels
Engage with companies and onboard them onto our paid plans
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
Assess candidate information
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
Lead employer branding initiatives
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, IT Recruiter or similar role
Familiarity with job portals, resume databases and professional networks
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
