Job Summary
We are looking for a Recruitment Executive with hands-on experience in hiring for the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to sourcing and hiring shopfloor, technical, and white-collar roles within manufacturing plants or industrial setups.
Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles including shopfloor, technical, engineering, and support functions
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, vendor management, and local hiring channels
• Coordinate with plant HR, production heads, and department managers to understand manpower requirements
• Conduct initial screening, interviews, and salary negotiations
• Manage bulk hiring and blue-collar recruitment when required
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring documentation
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality benchmarks
• Support onboarding and joining formalities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in the manufacturing / industrial sector
• Strong understanding of manufacturing roles such as operators, technicians, engineers, supervisors, and plant staff
• Experience in shopfloor / blue-collar hiring is highly preferred
• Familiarity with labor compliance basics and local hiring practices
• Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.

Education Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
