Talent Acquisition cum Admin professional

This role is ideal for someone who can efficiently handle human resources responsibilities while also managing day-to-day administrative operations, contributing to a smooth and positive workplace environment.
Note:
Experience
: Minimum 2 years to maximum 4 years experience only in this or a similar role.
Location
: This is a full-time job (Work-from-office only), hence candidates are preferred from Delhi.
Job Responsibilities
1. Administrative Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Manage office maintenance and service providers.
Organize travel, accommodations, and logistics for employees and management.
Handle front desk duties, correspondence, and documentation.
Maintain structured records, files, and databases.
Assist management with coordination of meetings, schedules, and office communication.
2. Human Resource Responsibilities:
A. Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in sourcing through various job portals and social media platforms, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Facilitate the onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and joining formalities.
B. HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Ensure employees understand and follow HR policies.
Support rolling out new policies, updates, and SOPs.
Assist in policy communication and posting notices/circulars
C. Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor daily attendance and leave records.
Coordinate with employees for attendance regularization and corrections.
D. Employee Engagement & Support
Assist in organizing engagement activities, team events, and HR initiatives.
Posting on Company official social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram with updated content
Employee Fitness Training
E. Compliance & Policy Support
Help maintain statutory documentation and HR compliance records.
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Key Skills & Competencies
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee data sensitively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance
Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Organized, responsible, and high attention to detail
Proactive attitude, energetic and willingness to learn
Strong work ethic and commitment to deadlines.
Education
MBA/PGDM in HR
