About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Workforce Acquisition Specialist/ Human Capital Specialist

to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across various functions, helping us attract, hire, and retain top talent to support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly Utilize various sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media to attract top talent Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with stakeholders Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2-5 years of experience in technical recruitment (in-house or agency) Strong sourcing and networking skills Hands-on experience with ATS and HRIS tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize workload effectively
