Roles and Responsibilities Sourcing resumes from different job portals, through referrals, Naukri, as per the requirement. Handling End to End Recruitment process. Understanding the requirements shared by Delivery Heads Develop effective sourcing strategies, source candidates from a wide variety of resources (database, internet, job board, referrals, networking, etc.) to increase candidate pools. Pre-screening resumes of IT professionals/ IT consultants according to client requirements. Preliminary interviews of candidates telephonically after screening and short listing of CVs. Coordinating and arranging interviews of shortlisted candidates. And Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews Negotiating the compensation packages and coordinating with the candidate & client. Coordinating with candidates through email/phone for interviews, feedback and selection.
