BBA degree

(Fresh graduates are welcome)

Basic knowledge of hiring

in the IT field (internship or part-time experience is a plus, but not required)

Good with Google Workspace

(Sheets, Docs, Meet)

Strong English communication skills

Responsibilities:

Find and connect with

software developers

for different job roles Use

job portals

like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Hirect, and Apna to attract candidates Conduct

simple interviews

to see if candidates are a good fit for the role Work with hiring managers to understand the

job requirements

Keep the

candidate database

up to date Help with

scheduling interviews

between candidates and managers Share

progress updates

with the team

Skills:

Good at organizing

and managing multiple tasks at once Comfortable using

Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Hirect

Clear communication

and people skills Able to work
