Indika AI is looking for a Talent Acquisition intern to join our team! As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of talent acquisition while working with a team of seasoned professionals. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.
2. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
3. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
4. Maintain and update the candidate database and track recruitment process.
5. Assist in organizing and coordinating recruitment events and job fairs.
6. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
7. Contribute to the overall success of the recruitment process by providing valuable insights and recommendations.
8. Utilize various recruiting platforms to identify potential candidates.
9. Eager to learn and Implement new ideas in recruitment.
