Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and evaluations.
Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities.
Build and maintain talent pipelines.
Post job advertisement.
Manage candidate records in the ATS system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
Strong interest in recruitment with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
