Job Description

Sourcing and Attracting Candidates:

Utilizing various methods (e.g., online platforms, social media, networking, job boards) to identify and attract potential candidates.

Screening and Interviewing:

Evaluating resumes, conducting interviews (phone, video, in-person), and assessing candidate skills and experience.

Onboarding:

Working with new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company and provide necessary support and resources.

Building Relationships:

Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and external candidates.

Developing and Implementing Recruitment Strategies:

Collaborating with HR and management to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.

Employer Branding:

Contributing to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand to attract top talent.

Analyzing Recruitment Data:

Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and optimize candidate sourcing efforts.

Staying Up-to-Date:

Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.
