Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media.
Lead Generation through LinkedIn and other platforms.
Client handling & vendor collaboration management.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases.
Support the team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
Help in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus.
