We are seeking a proactive and driven

Talent Acquisition

Trainee to join our HR team. In this role, you will identify, attract, and hire top talent to support our company's growth and expansion. You will play a key part in sourcing candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:



Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and team needs. Source top IT talent through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and assess candidates' technical capabilities and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule technical assessments and interviews with hiring teams. Manage candidate communication to ensure a seamless and positive recruitment experience. Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Build and maintain a pipeline of strong technical candidates for future openings. Stay updated with IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent market dynamics. Participate in employer branding activities and campus hiring (as needed). Generate recruitment analytics and reports for leadership review.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field. 0-1 years of experience or Fresher's(with internship experience) in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment or tech company. Good understanding of various Salesforce IT roles, technologies, and skill sets. Experience using sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.). Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience recruiting for mid to senior-level technical positions. 0-1 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency). Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of modern sourcing strategies and employer branding techniques.
