What is this role about?



We are seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter with 2-5 years of experience, preferably in the edtech domain, to help us identify, attract, and hire top sales talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and a keen eye for talent, particularly in the US market and campus hiring. Expertise in using sourcing portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, Indeed, IIMJobs, etc., is essential.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in sales recruitment, preferably within the edtech industry. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring sales professionals, with specific experience in US sales hiring and campus hiring. Expertise in using sourcing portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, Indeed, IIMJobs, etc. Strong understanding of sales roles and the skills required for success in sales positions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities:



Source, screen, and recruit top sales talent to meet the hiring needs of the organization. Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the sales roles. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
