Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
entire recruitment lifecycle
Develop and execute
effective sourcing strategies
using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
Maintain and update
candidate databases
and recruitment trackers.
Build a strong
talent pipeline
for critical and recurring positions.
Enhance
employer branding
and represent the company professionally in all recruitment activities.
Provide recruitment metrics and reports to management on a regular basis.
