End-to-end recruitment for DC roles (manpower planning, sourcing, onboarding)
Ensure recruitment compliance, documentation, and statutory adherence
Manage attendance, shift rosters, and workforce data at the DC
Handle contract labor coordination and vendor management
Support payroll inputs, compliance audits, and HR MIS
Employee engagement, grievance handling, and discipline at DC level
Coordinate with central HR and operations teams
Eligibility & Requirements:
Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
Minimum 2+ years of HR experience with strong recruitment compliance knowledge
Mandatory experience in
Logistics / Warehouse / E-commerce / Q-commerce
Good understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and DC operations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
