Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Understand manpower requirements of different departments and ensure timely closures.
Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract quality candidates.
Handle hiring for retail showrooms, corporate office, and manufacturing units.
Coordinate with department heads and management for workforce planning.
Conduct new joiner induction and orientation programs.
Maintain recruitment metrics, MIS reports, and vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and hiring standards.
Promote the company's brand as an employer of choice.
Desired Candidate Profile:
MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
5-8 years of relevant experience in recruitment (preferably from retail or jewellery industry).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Good understanding of HR processes and onboarding formalities.
CTC:
As per industry standards
