We are looking for a dynamic professional who can handle along with
Talent acquisition and relationship management
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, managing recruitment processes, and building long-term partnerships with new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Understand client requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using portals, social media, and referrals.
Schedule interviews and coordinate between clients and candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
Client Acquisition & Management:
Identify and approach potential clients (companies) for recruitment services.
Pitch Sunhera Jobs' recruitment solutions and convert leads into active clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads and hiring managers.
Negotiate terms, agreements, and maintain client satisfaction.
Other Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly targets for closures and new client onboarding.
Maintain regular MIS reports on recruitment and business development activities.
Stay updated with industry trends and hiring practices.
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA in HR, Marketing, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in recruitment or business development (preferred in staffing industry).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Confident, proactive, and result-oriented personality.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
