Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and ensure we attract and retain top-tier educators and staff.
End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment cycle for teaching and administrative positions, from job posting to onboarding.
Partnership Development:
Establish and maintain relationships with teacher training institutes to create a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Consultant Coordination:
Collaborate with hiring consultants to streamline recruitment processes and meet staffing needs efficiently.
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize various channels, including online job boards and social media, to identify and attract potential candidates.
Interview Management:
Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant regulations and maintain accurate records of the hiring process. Along with FMS update and record keeping.
Preferred candidate profile
Should have excellent English verbal communication skills in English
Should have active listening skills
Time management and prioritization
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience as a recruiter is a MUST
Timings and Location
: Monday through Friday 08:30 AM to 4:30 PM , 2 Saturdays a week
