Key Responsibilities



Recruitment Strategy:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (e.g., job boards, social media, networking).

Candidate Sourcing:

Search for qualified candidates through various channels. Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Screening and Interviewing:

Review resumes and applications. Conduct phone screens and initial interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and teams.

Employer Branding:

Promote the company as a great place to work. Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Offer Management:

Negotiate job offers and salaries. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with labor laws.

Onboarding:

Work with HR to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires. Support new employee orientation and integration.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
