Screen candidates for technical fit, communication ability, cultural match, and overall readiness.
Strong expertise in handling all major
visa categories

Coordinate interviews with internal technical panels or client stakeholders; manage feedback and next steps.
Handle
rate negotiation

Provide data-driven updates using reports on candidate pipeline, sourcing effectiveness, and closure rates.
Track hiring trends and immigration updates to remain proactive in candidate discussions and documentation.
Mentor junior recruiters or sourcing trainees as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4 to 6 years of experience in
US recruitment
, preferably in a staffing agency or RPO environment.
Advanced proficiency in
