About the Role:



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Talent Acquisition Specialist

with

4 to 6 years

of experience in

US IT staffing

. This role requires strong sourcing skills, recruitment strategy execution, visa hiring expertise, and the ability to work in a dynamic, target-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technology-savvy, and passionate about connecting top talent with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:



Interpret job descriptions and role requirements to align sourcing strategies with client expectations. Execute sourcing campaigns using advanced Boolean logic, keyword strings, and custom filters to identify passive and active candidates. Manage end-to-end sourcing, from initial research and outreach to final submission and interview coordination. Source talent across multiple platforms:

Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal ATS, GitHub, Stack Overflow

, and more. Recruit for a variety of skill sets across domains such as:

Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Data Engineering & Analytics

Cybersecurity

DevOps & Infrastructure

Application Development (Java, .NET, Python)

ERP tools (SAP, Oracle)

AI/ML, Salesforce, and emerging technologies

Screen candidates for technical fit, communication ability, cultural match, and overall readiness. Strong expertise in handling all major

visa categories

:

OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, H1-B, H4-EAD, L2-EAD, GC, GC-EAD, and US Citizens.

Coordinate interviews with internal technical panels or client stakeholders; manage feedback and next steps. Handle

rate negotiation

and alignment with W2, C2C, and 1099 engagement models. Develop and maintain strong relationships with

prime vendors

,

bench sales teams

, and

third-party agencies

. Maintain compliance with client-specific onboarding documentation, background check requirements, and vendor policies. Ensure clean and accurate record-keeping in

ATS (e.g., Ceipal, Bullhorn, JobDiva)

and

CRM systems

, including notes, statuses, and communications. Work with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to prioritize urgent requirements and improve time-to-fill metrics. Engage in weekly and monthly recruitment review meetings to track performance, discuss bottlenecks, and suggest solutions. Provide data-driven updates using reports on candidate pipeline, sourcing effectiveness, and closure rates. Track hiring trends and immigration updates to remain proactive in candidate discussions and documentation. Mentor junior recruiters or sourcing trainees as needed.

Required Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 4 to 6 years of experience in

US recruitment

, preferably in a staffing agency or RPO environment. Advanced proficiency in

Boolean search logic

, sourcing strategy, and talent research. Strong understanding of

US employment types

and

visa regulations

. Hands-on experience with

ATS platforms

(e.g., Ceipal, Bullhorn, JobDiva) and

CRM tools

. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
