Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and people-driven
Talent Acquisition Specialist
who can manage end-to-end recruitment and help us attract, engage, and hire top talent across corporate and retail functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for corporate, retail, and warehouse roles
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Drive employer branding initiatives and job postings
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate databases
Coordinate offers, negotiations, and joining formalities
Ensure smooth onboarding and positive candidate experience
Support campus hiring, bulk hiring, and walk-in drives when required
Stay updated with market trends and hiring best practices
Skills & Requirements
Graduate / MBA in HR or related field preferred
3-5 years of experience in
Talent Acquisition
Experience in
Retail / Fashion
hiring is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per month
