About the Role



We are seeking a results-driven

Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join our HR team. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our organization's growth. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities



Manage

end-to-end recruitment

for multiple roles across departments. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies. Source candidates using

job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking events, and other creative methods

. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interviews with stakeholders. Build and maintain a

talent pipeline

for future hiring needs. Ensure a positive

candidate experience

at every stage of the hiring process. Maintain and update

ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

and recruitment reports. Negotiate offers and manage pre-joining engagement with selected candidates. Stay updated with

market trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring practices

.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in

Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

.

6 months- 3 years

of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Strong sourcing skills, including

Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking

. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Experience working with

ATS tools

(e.g., Workday, Lever, Greenhouse, Taleo). Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of

labor laws

and hiring compliance practices.

Preferred Skills



Experience recruiting in IT and NON-IT. Familiarity with

employer branding initiatives

. Data-driven approach to track and improve recruitment metrics.
