As the Talent Acquisition Manager at ViralBulls, you will spearhead our recruitment efforts, managing the entire lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. You will play a crucial role in shaping our team by identifying and attracting top talent across various functions. Additionally, you will enhance ViralBulls' employer branding and ensure a positive candidate journey throughout the recruitment process. Your responsibilities will also encompass optimizing administrative processes to streamline operations and implementing strategies that foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Full-life Cycle

Recruiting, Post job vacancies on job boards and social media.

Manage

end to end recruitment sourcing, screening, interviews and hiring.

Use diverse

sourcing tolls, Social Media job boards, direct headhunting, referrals)

Develop networks to identify talent and build recruitment. Oversee new hire onboarding and smooth transitions. Support succession planning and internal talent development. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.

Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience, from initial contact through to onboarding. Optimize recruiting operations and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
