, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring high-caliber professionals for our clients. You will act as a trusted partner to both candidates and clients, ensuring smooth recruitment processes and contributing to the growth of organizations through strategic talent placement.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and organizational culture.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for mid-level and senior roles across industries.
Conduct market research to stay updated on recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
Collaborate with internal HR consultants to align recruitment strategies with broader HR solutions.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (3-5 years) in talent acquisition, preferably within a consultancy or multi-industry environment.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and HR technology platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with attention to detail.
Demonstrated success in filling senior and specialized roles.
