Skills & Qualifications Required:



1+ year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (corporate or agency). Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and recruitment best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Job Responsibilities:



Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, role requirements, and team expectations. Craft and post attractive, accurate, and engaging job ads across multiple platforms, including job boards, social media, referrals, and internal networks. Source and attract qualified candidates using various tools and channels such as databases, professional networks, social events, and recruitment platforms. Screen and evaluate candidates' resumes and applications using predefined criteria, assessment tools, and best practices. Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews using behavioral and competency-based questioning techniques. Provide shortlisted, high-quality candidates to hiring managers and coordinate feedback, interview rounds, and final hiring decisions. Negotiate compensation, benefits, and job terms with selected candidates, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement. Prepare and extend job offers, and support candidates throughout the onboarding process. Ensure full compliance with company policies, hiring standards, and legal regulations during all stages of recruitment. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Analyze recruitment data and share hiring progress, metrics, and insights with management.
