Role & Responsibility:



Understand the requirement, JD and seniority level from the department managers Aggressively reach out to suitable people on LinkedIn (filters-based search) Find new channels to find suitable candidates Work with upcoming, new agencies to find suitable candidates Leverage referral programs (internal and external)

Skills & Experience:



Solid experience in recruitment in the Education/ Publishing industry Fluency in written and spoken English Strong network of recruitment consultancies

Salary:

15,000-20,000 (Negotiable)
