Responsible for end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full recruitment cycle for assigned roles.
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess fitment.
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication.
Maintain trackers and meet defined TATs for each position.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
1-3 years of recruitment experience (IT/Non-IT).
Strong sourcing and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and meet targets.
