Core Experience Required

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage
end-to-end recruitment
for diverse digital marketing roles such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Creative, Client Servicing, Brand Strategy, Content, Web Development, and more.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role expectations and build effective
digital hiring strategies

Source and attract top talent using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, communities, employee referrals, and creative sourcing methods.
Screen profiles, conduct initial assessments, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Build and maintain a
strong talent pipeline
for future marketing, creative, and tech requirements.
Stay updated with
digital marketing trends
, role evolutions, and competitor hiring patterns.
Ensure all recruitment practices comply with organizational processes and employment guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong experience hiring for
digital marketing, creative, and technology roles
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social hiring.
Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
