Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join our India HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across various functions for our global operations. This role requires strong networking abilities, a deep understanding of the Indian job market, and experience hiring for

Africa, UAE, and South Asia markets

. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, design recruitment strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities



Source and attract qualified candidates using multiple channels such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process. Manage the

end-to-end recruitment cycle

including job postings, pipeline management, candidate communication, and offer negotiation. Build and maintain a strong

talent pipeline

for current and future hiring needs across domestic and international markets. Work closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective hiring strategies. Ensure recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and internal company policies. Prepare and share regular reports on hiring progress, recruitment metrics, and market insights. Demonstrate experience in

hiring talent for Africa, UAE, and South Asia regions

, understanding cultural expectations, market dynamics, and timelines.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience

in talent acquisition or end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and industry trends. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment. Experience working with

Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

and recruitment tools. Proven ability to hire across

India, Africa, UAE, and South Asia

markets.
