Role Overview
We are seeking a
Talent Acquisition Executive
with 2+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle--from understanding business requirements and sourcing talent to ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management skills, an analytical approach to hiring metrics, and a passion for identifying and attracting top talent in a dynamic consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions.
Source and engage candidates through professional networks, job portals, referrals, and social media platforms.
Conduct initial HR screenings and evaluate candidates based on role fit and organizational culture.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
Stakeholder & Process Management
Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Design and post job descriptions across various platforms.
Drive recruitment processes efficiently through scheduling, coordination, and timely follow-ups.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring reports.
Employer Branding & Engagement
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and create engaging recruitment content for LinkedIn and other platforms.
Support employee referral programs and engagement drives.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Key Skills & Requirements
2-4 years of experience in
Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and market mapping techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools.
Analytical mindset with a focus on improving recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Human Resources
