Job Description




As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Avaada, you will play a crucial role in building our team by attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent who align with our company's mission and values. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to recruitment and a strong background in talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting plans to meet the staffing needs of the company. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from creating job descriptions and posting jobs to screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles. Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies, including social media platforms, professional networks, and job boards, to attract qualified candidates. Design and implement a seamless interview process, including crafting tailored interview questions for each position. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and past applicants to establish a robust talent pipeline. Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure effective integration into the company. Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

MBA in Human Resources, or related field required.

4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role. Comprehensive understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally. High proficiency in HR software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and candidate databases. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding. Expertise in all selection methods and techniques. Proficient in the use of social media and job boards. Adept at driving change and innovation within recruitment practices.
