Key Skills:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies across job boards, social media, and networking events Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles Ability to manage multiple sourcing requirements and deadlines Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication with candidates Maintain and update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Build strong relationships with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding processes Track and report recruitment metrics and KPIs Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with focus on niche skill Prior hiring experience in Software Consulting companies Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for creating a positive candidate experience Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word Exceptional data management to maintain trackers and dashboards Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is a plus Knowledge of Indian labor laws and hiring practices Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
