Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Hyderabad. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Additional tasks include maintaining talent pipelines, managing recruitment databases, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Sourcing, and Candidate Screening Interviewing Skills and the ability to assess cultural and role-specific fit Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruitment Platforms Knowledge of Human Resources practices and the ability to manage hiring processes Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage hiring priorities Previous 6-7 years of experience in IT Recruitment (Internal hiring) is a must Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
