Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with clients to understand their hiring priorities, technical requirements, and role expectations.
Specialized in sourcing & screening candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, IIMJobs, and other hiring platforms and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and client needs.
Experience in handling mid-level, senior-level, and niche skill hiring. Maintain a strong and qualified pipeline and coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups.
Handle multiple mandates simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
Achieve monthly and quarterly recruitment targets (Daily submissions, positions closed, interviews lined up).
Act as the primary recruitment partner for assigned clients.
Requirements
Minimum
3-5 years
of recruitment experience with a bachelor's degree in any industry.
Excellent sourcing & screening skills and strong client-facing and requirement-gathering skills.
Proven experience working in target-driven recruitment roles for Domestic and International.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple requirements efficiently.
