Job Summary

The

Talent Acquisition Executive / Specialist

will manage

end-to-end recruitment

for

IT, Non-IT, and Sales roles

, including

bulk / volume hiring

. The role involves sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

across IT, Non-IT, and Sales roles. Lead

bulk / volume hiring

campaigns for sales and operational positions. Source candidates via

job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), referrals, and social media.

Screen candidates via

telephonic, virtual, and in-person interviews

. Coordinate with hiring managers to define requirements and hiring strategy. Maintain candidate database and

track recruitment metrics

(time-to-fill, quality of hire). Ensure smooth onboarding and pre-joining engagement for new hires. Build strong candidate relationships to enhance

employer branding

.

Requirements

Graduate / Postgraduate in

HR, Business, or related field

.

2-5 years

of experience in

recruitment or talent acquisition

. Experience in

bulk / mass hiring

(preferably sales or field roles). Knowledge of

IT & Non-IT recruitment processes

. Proficiency with

ATS, CRM, and job portals

(Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn). Strong

communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

. Ability to manage

multiple hiring mandates

in a fast-paced environment.
