As part of the HR team, you'll play a key role in building the organization by identifying and hiring the right talent to support the company's growing portfolio and dynamic teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Sourcing



Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments, from job posting to onboarding. Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional networks. Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Talent Mapping & Hiring Strategy



Understand department-specific hiring needs and design targeted sourcing strategies. Work with hiring managers to define clear role expectations and skill requirements. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future roles.

Stakeholder Management & Coordination



Collaborate with internal teams, department heads, and leadership for smooth hiring workflows. Provide timely recruitment updates and manage communications with candidates and panels.

HR Operations Support



Assist with onboarding formalities, documentation, and maintaining recruitment dashboards. Support internal employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.

Key Requirements:



1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a digital agency or fast-paced setup. Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job platforms for sourcing. Strong understanding of roles in marketing, performance, design, and client servicing. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Goal-oriented, proactive, and passionate about connecting the right talent with the right opportunity.

Work Details:



5-day work week (Monday to Friday) Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
