Executes talent acquisition processes to meet hiring goals and serves as primary point of contact for hiring managers and candidates. Engages as thought partner with the business to understand talent needs, challenges and culture. Translates understanding into actionable strategies for identifying, assessing and hiring world-class talent. Ensures a positive candidate interviewing experience. Tracks search metrics and provides updates to hiring managers and the broader Talent Acquisition team. Proactively builds a diverse candidate pipeline and supports ongoing corporate diversity efforts. Work assignments may align with a specialized recruiting discipline, including, but not limited to university, executive, diversity or technical.

Supports team and cross-functional projects within defined area of responsibility.
Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Attracts, sources and screens applicants using standard and innovative techniques.
Provides guidance to hiring managers and internal stakeholders on appropriate sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
Performs or ensures performance of: In-person and / or telephone interviews.
Reference and background checks.
Interview participation coordination.
Status follow-up.
Reporting and documentation.
Effectively negotiates and closes candidate offers.
Develops offers in line with approved guidelines.
