We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring we attract and hire top talent to support our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders.
Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and ensure timely communication.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Track and report recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the software/IT industry.
Strong understanding of technical roles and hiring processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using ATS tools and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
