Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for

blue-collar and frontline positions

such as delivery executives, warehouse staff, factory workers, helpers, drivers, loaders, housekeeping, and other bulk hiring roles. Source candidates through

local networks

, referrals, walk-ins, telecalling, social media, WhatsApp groups, field recruiters, and internal databases. Screen, interview, and coordinate candidate onboarding remotely. Maintain and manage recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports. Understand client requirements and ensure timely closures as per hiring targets. Coordinate with operations and HR teams for smooth joining and deployment. Stay updated with

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience

in

blue-collar / bulk hiring

. Strong understanding of

local Chennai recruitment markets and sourcing channels

. Fluency in

Tamil (mandatory)

and good communication skills in

English and Hindi

. Experience in high-volume hiring under tight timelines. Ability to work independently in a remote setup. Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidate must be

based in Chennai

. Experience with staffing agencies or manpower consultancies preferred. Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
