1)Responsible for scheduling, coordinating interviews ,etc.,
2)Responsible to contact candidates and hiring managers to screen candidates and schedule interviews accordingly
3)Maintains documentation (Interview feedbacks, assessment) throughout the interview process (e-file and hardcopy) Communicate the decision of hiring (by updating the applicant management database and sending out status notifications select, reject and hold)
4)Execute sourcing strategies and talent acquisition strategies
5)Proactively recruit through creation of strong pipeline
6)Responsible for capturing candidate experience through survey
7)Able to gather historical candidate db from left employees system and capture the same in excel along with feedback management and documentation (E-file) for duplicate candidate checking
Skills Required:
1) Well versed in using recruitment tools ie :
Naukri, LinkedIn and other job boards
2) Vendor management and able to liason with external recruitment partner appropriately
3)Influencing Skills
4) Good at maintaining trackers (excel) and update candidate management system in ATS
5) Relevant experience in technical recruitment
6)Education qualification Should be Bachelors of Degree & Master of administrations
