Handle end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and corporate roles, from manpower requisition to offer rollout and joining.
Manage campus hiring initiatives including institute tie-ups, planning, and execution.
Drive mass hiring and volume hiring for plant/shop-floor and contractual positions.
Implement and manage employee referral programs to attract quality talent.
Ensure timely closure of positions by meeting defined recruitment timelines and SLAs.
Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, referrals, vendors, campus drives, and social media.
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Negotiate offers in line with company compensation guidelines.
Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and dashboards; share periodic hiring status updates.
Coordinate with onboarding and HR operations teams to ensure smooth joining of candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and documentation requirements.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Proven exposure to campus hiring, mass hiring, and volume hiring.
Good understanding of manufacturing hiring requirements (plant HR exposure preferred).
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring timelines.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
