Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Talent Acquisition Specialist

to manage end-to-end recruitment for trainers, internal teams, and various functional roles across the organization. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality talent that aligns with our mission and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding. Hire

trainers, internal administrative teams, academic coordinators, and other EdTech roles

as required. Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements. Develop and post job descriptions across job portals and social media platforms. Conduct telephonic, virtual, and in-person interviews. Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline for recurring requirements. Coordinate and manage campus recruitment drives when needed. Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process. Support HR activities as needed, including onboarding formalities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (MBA in HR preferred). 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in EdTech or training-based organizations. Strong sourcing skills through job portals, social media, and networking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Good understanding of recruitment metrics and HR tools.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience hiring trainers or academic staff. Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously. Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
