What You'll Do

Hunt for top talent through job portals, social channels, and innovative sourcing techniques. Review and shortlist resumes with a sharp eye for potential. Build and execute smart hiring strategies that deliver results--on time. Assess candidates' skills, mindset, and cultural fit with precision. Conduct engaging, structured interviews that uncover true talent. Continuously refine the screening process for speed and quality. Craft compelling job descriptions that attract the right candidates. Maintain accurate hiring requirements and documentation. Deliver a standout candidate experience from first touch to final offer. Present clear, data-backed hiring insights to department heads. Contribute to making our company a place where people love to work.

What You Bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree. 1-4 years of hands-on recruitment experience. Strong knowledge of ATS, HR databases, and hiring tools--or the ability to pick them up quickly. Experience with diverse interview formats and selection methods. Sharp decision-making, analytical, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. A people-first approach with strong stakeholder management.
